About Rachael Taylor:
Rachael, originally from the Wirral, graduated from the University of Leeds in 2005 with a BA (Hons) in Textile & Fashion Design.

After gaining experience and developing her design skills in jobs as a print and design technician, a freelancer for textile companies and a mac designer for one of the greetings market leaders, Rachael set up her own design studio in May 2008, working as a freelance surface pattern designer and textile artist.

While currently working on her own label range Rachael also has a variety of clients in the UK, Europe and the USA from design studios and high street stores to private buyers in the art, ceramics, interior, fashion, greetings and marketing industries. Clients include Marks & Spencer, WH Smith, Graham & Brown, Paperchase, American Greetings and trend forecasting companies such as Trend Bible and Mudpie.

Rachael's work has also been selected and published in four design books in the past year, and is regularly featured in the press.
